Newsletter Service Regulations

§ 1 General provisions and contact details

  1. These rules specify the principles of using the newsletter service offered by Intersieć with its registered office in Ruda Śląska 41-703, ul. Karola Goduli 36, registered under NIP number 6262548222 and REGON number 240705720.
  2. Contact with the newsletter administrator is possible at the following e-mail address: konsultacje@when2update.com.

§ 2 Definitions

  1. Newsletter Service – a service consisting of periodic sending to the e-mail address provided by the User of commercial, promotional information and other content related to the activities of when2update.com.
  2. User – an individual who has agreed to receive the newsletter by providing his or her email address in the relevant form.
  3. Service Regulations – this document setting out the rules for the use of the newsletter service.
  4. Administrator – Intersieć with its registered office in Ruda Śląska 41-703, ul. Karola Goduli 36, registered under NIP number 6262548222 and REGON number 240705720.

§ 3 Minimum technical requirements

  1. To use the newsletter service, the User must have:
    • An active e-mail address.
    • A device with access to the Internet.
    • Software capable of viewing and receiving e-mails (e.g. an e-mail client).

§ 4 Terms and conditions of the newsletter service

  1. The newsletter service is voluntary and free of charge.
  2. The service is provided for an indefinite period of time.
  3. The user may unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each newsletter message.

§ 5 Ordering and provisioning of the newsletter service

  1. In order to subscribe to the newsletter service, the User must fill in the application form on the when2update.com website, providing their email address.
  2. After filling in the form, the User will receive an e-mail with a link confirming the subscription. Clicking on the confirmation link is tantamount to ordering the newsletter service.

§ 6 Delivery of digital content or services

  1. Digital content within the newsletter service will be delivered to the e-mail address provided by the User.
  2. The newsletter will contain commercial, promotional information and other content related to the activities of whe2update.com.

§ 7 Changes and updates to digital content or services

  1. The administrator reserves the right to amend and update the content sent as part of the newsletter service.
  2. The user will be informed of any significant change to the content of the newsletter.

§ 8 Complaint procedure for the newsletter service

  1. Complaints regarding the newsletter service can be submitted by e-mail to the Administrator’s address.
  2. Complaints will be considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt.
  3. The User will be informed by e-mail about the outcome of the complaint procedure.

§ 9 Intellectual property, licence, copyright

  1. All content sent as part of the newsletter service is the property of the Administrator and is subject to legal protection, in particular under the Act of 4 February 1994 on Copyright and Related Rights (Journal of Laws 2022, item 2509, as amended), the Act of 27 July 2001 on the protection of databases (Journal of Laws 2001, No. 128, item 1402 as amended), the Act of 30 June 2000 Industrial Property Law (Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1170 as amended) and the Act of 16 April 1993 on Combating Unfair Competition (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1233 as amended).
  2. It is prohibited to copy, distribute or use the contents of the newsletter without the written consent of the Administrator.

§ 10 Personal data

  1. The administrator of the personal data is Intersnet.
  2. Users’ personal data will be processed in order to provide the newsletter service in accordance with the law, including the GDPR.
  3. Users have the following rights regarding their personal data::
    1. the right of access to data, including obtaining a copy of the data,
    2. the right to request rectification of data
    3. the right to erasure of data (in specific situations),
    4. the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority dealing with personal data protection,
    5. the right to have data processing restricted.
    6. the right to data portability, i.e. to receive personal data from the controller, in a structured, commonly used machine-readable format.
    7. The right to withdraw consent to the extent that they are processed on the basis of consent. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.

§ 11 Final provisions

  1. The Administrator reserves the right to amend these rules.
  2. Any amendments to the rules and regulations will be published on the Administrator’s website and will be effective from the moment of their publication.
  3. In matters not covered by these terms and conditions, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular:
    1. Act of 18 July 2002 on provision of services by electronic means (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 344, as amended);
    2. Act of 16 July 2004. Telecommunications Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1648, 1933, 2581, of 2023, item 1394, 1703).
